Yalla Bites
The Uber Eats for homemade food

A platform connecting home cooks with people who crave authentic, homemade meals. Launched in Dallas on January 19th, 2025. I noticed refugee chefs in Houston struggling to advertise their cooking, while consumers had trouble finding them through WhatsApp with language barriers. The core mission is to uplift home chefs, keep heritage and culture alive through food, and build communities. We're seeing successful traction.

Magical Book Maker
Your family's stories, beautifully told

I wanted to create books for my kids that incorporate the people in their lives, their heritage, in all different formats. Storybooks, coloring books, watercolor. Now I'm bringing that to everyone else. Turn photos into characters and write personalized stories with AI.
Patents
Proximity Property Search
The patented engine behind Findur
A personalized search method and system that uses a searcher's own terms of interest, like schools, grocery stores, or daycare, to surface listed properties in close proximity to the places that matter most. This is the backend methodology I built for Findur.

Findur
Homes, rentals, or investments, 10x faster

Born from personal frustration. We were struggling to find a home and Zillow was painful. Copy-pasting addresses to Google Maps to check distances to grocery stores, daycare, etc. I built an MVP to validate our own home purchase, then expanded to a full platform. Filter by places of interest in seconds vs impossible on Zillow. Awarded Patent #12038930 for the backend methodology. Closed due to timing and market factors, but a great learning experience.
Bloc Calendar
Year-at-a-glance planning, Jesse Itzler style

I wanted to track my goals differently. I loved the Jesse Itzler approach but had a hard time staying consistent with a hard copy. So I took that concept, made it digital, then gamified it with Apple Health metrics to always keep me on track. It also has an MCP server so any of your AI agents can hook into it and keep you accountable.

Micro Donation, Macro Impact

I noticed charities constantly fundraising and knew it would dwindle, so I wanted them to innovate. The idea: round up transactions to the nearest dollar and deposit to a charity of the user's choice. Was ahead of its time. This was before people were comfortable with online payments. Slow start but a valuable learning experience about timing and market readiness.
